I totally understand if you find this bizzare and stupid, but me and Sander went to see our local hockey club Skellefteå AIK as they had a practise on ice. Inside the arena the temperature was close to zero while it was about 25 degrees celsius right outside. It was a strange feeling putting on warmer clothes before entering the building.

But it was worth it! Sander had such a blast! He really loves to watch the players skate and he just tries to get out on the ice himself. Hopefully I'll be able to skate with him this winter. I can't wait! Sander doesn't really get the game since he is only 2 years, old but he already has some favourite players. Sander always cheers a bit extra for "Rama" and "Antos" so I figure he likes the more gentle touch of the game...

Erika started her job earlier than the rest of us so me and Sander went over to our neighbours Johanna and Alba so that Sander had some friends to play with. Sander, Alba and Svea had a great time by the pool.

Johanna had bought this pool shaped as something close to a whale earlier that same day so we had to try all the details. Like the nose-fountain shown on the picture...

I love this picture of the kids posing with their ice cream...
Having all the perverts using the internet in mind I had to cover some private parts...

Me, Erika and Sander borrowed Erikas sister Annas apartment in Luleå for a week. The plan was to have a short vacation with friends from our time in Luleå. One of the days we decided to go up to Haparanda and visit IKEA. Grandma Monica had packed a lunchbox for Sander so he ate some pancakes in the backseat of the car...

We didn't bring a stroller for Sander since we figured we could need the extra space in the car for furniture... so Sander had to sit in the cart. After a while he got tired and wanted to lay down. He was actually about to fall asleep in the cart... I guess we won't win parants of the year award this time around...

"Yeah! This isn't so bad, daddy... But please be gentle when you turn those corners will you?"

It was quite fun at IKEA and we found some nice things to bring home. But honestly I believe that Sander was the one having most of the fun. He LOVED the computers that IKEA had put up around the store for children to play with. He just had to make a short stop at each and everyone and play for a couple of minutes. And yes, me and Erika wasn't as pleased as him...

After nearly a 7 hour walk through the store we all needed some new energy. 5 hot dogs, 6 pizza slizes, 2 cinnamon rolls, 2 chocolate bars, 3 soft drinks and 2 coffees was just what the doctor ordered.

My nice niece Amanda took some amazing pictures of Sander when we visited her and my brother Johan this monday evening. I just had to post some of them on my blogspot!

Introducing in the blue corner, with camo-trunks, red and white gloves and shirt, the undisputed lightweight champion of the world - The swedish meatball - Saaaaaaaaander Eeeeeeejrevi!

I guess it's common knowledge by now that playboy football player David Beckham has moved to Los Angeles to play for the LA Galaxys (or whatever their name is)... Sander seems to like playing soccer, but I can't imagine him as a pro soccer player with his genetic background. A hockeyplayer sounds more reasonable...

...but Sander won't follow in his dads or his moms footsteps when it comes to playing hockey or floorball. I (Mikke) am a typical forward known for my scoring abilitys and Erika is a typical defender known for her though defensive skills. Sander always wants to guard the net just like his uncle Johan and his cousin Amanda. I guess you can say that he kind of completes us?

I don't know how he does it, but somehow he pulls off being cute even wearing a mask.

After all the sporting activities Sander felt like he had to play with the sweet little pussycat Anastacia for a while. The poor little cat was a bit afraid of Sander... I can't understand why... (Oh, yeah I'm just kidding! I totally understand her fear!)

Last but not least Sander finally got to sit down in Amandas lap and enjoy his bottle of gruel (välling) before it was off to bed...

I have been lazy for a couple of days now and haven't been blogging at all... I blame the lack of battieries in my diogital camera. A blogg needs pictures and since my batteries needs to be recharged I haven't got any pictures... So... thats why I haven't been blogging... ok?

Well, anyways... I haven't done that much the last days either. Erika had a party and me and Sander left the house and went to feed the birds at "Svandammen". I took some pictures with my cellphone, but the quality sucks as you know... But I put 'em up anyway. The birds were CRAZY!

Our good friend Funky Dan and his band Jupither were playing the festival today and the entire "Runberry-crew" was there following the action. After the show Sander sat down in the grass with mom, dad, Sofia, Magnus, Anna, Ove and Anne for a little snack. Sander sure seems to like being on festivals... won't you agree?

The band playing in the background are called The Concretes btw...

We have an amazing festival called "Trästocksfestivalen" which is free of charge and where all ages are allowed to visit in our small little town. Translated into english the name of the festival would be woodstock... I guess thats the main reason why they call it trästock... The festival has it's focus on music (mostly alternative), but there are also some poetry, movies, theater and art in all imaginable forms...

Anyway...

The festival lasts for three whole days starting today and ending saturday night... I was there for a short stop earlier today and took these photos with my cellular. As you can see the quality kinda sucks... The first two pictures are picturing the superb theater group "Sälteatern" performing "Loranga 2". Both me and Erika are crazy about "sälteatern" and we have seen them in several plays. This one is actually for younger kids, but hey... We're pretty young, right?

The two other pictures depicts "Lasse Lindh" and his band as they sing the hottest song in Sweden right now - "Inga vindar kan blåsa omkull oss nu". (No winds can blow us over now)

Since this is speedblogging, I hope you don't mind my spelling... dah!
